John Resnik

CEO

John comes to B12 Transportation with over 25 years’ experience in vehicle manufacturing. John is originally from central Kansas and has been CEO, CFO and COO of a number of entities, including three in the vehicle upfitting industry at the manufacturing level and one at the dealer level. His experience set includes leadership roles with ElDorado National, Champion Bus, Goshen Coach and Master’s Transportation. John is a CPA by trade but has been in operating roles most of his career.

William Sprague

COO

William is a seasoned lean problem-solving executive, who is equally at home in a leadership position in all types of manufacturing and human resources settings. William has a proven track record of results in difficult circumstances. Demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving skills, William has shown continuous, improved results in both human resources and operations. In addition, he has public sector experience through service as a City Commissioner and as Mayor.

Stuart Seeger

Rail Business Unit Leader

Stuart’s experience working with trucks started with his family’s business. In 1992, he took this experience with him and began selling Mack trucks, a position he held for 15+ years. In 2008, he expanded his industry knowledge by taking a job with a large railroad contractor. Stuart brought his combined expertise to Brown’s rail equipment division in 2010. Stuart enjoys working with people to deliver trucks that meet the complex demands of the industry.

Matthew Archambault

Regional Sales Manager

Matt’s experience in the transportation industry began almost 15 years ago and continued through his attendance at Western Illinois University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. After supporting himself through college by holding a series of progressive positions for an auto body shop and local car dealership, he began his career in sales working for the largest car dealership in the Midwest, Toyota of Naperville. Building on his education, training and experience, he accepted an expanding regional position focused on the truck industry for Enterprise, where he headed up sales and managed just under 200 class 2-6 trucks to a customer base covering an array of different industries. Bringing his hands-on experience running a fleet and the knowledge he gained providing trucks to such a large spectrum of industries, Matt joined Brown Industries in the spring of 2014.

Regional Sales Manager

Jay’s experience started with a small van body company in Denver. He was 18 years old when he started in production for Denver Van. He worked for them for 20 years ending up doing van body sales and production duties and sheduling shop floor . While working he attended Auraria campus for 2 years at night learning computer basic skills . In 1997 he then went to work for Suprreme running the new branch in Denver , also selling parts , service and van bodies .He started full time sales in 2001 and sold until the reorganization. He had a sales territory of Arizona, Utah, New Mexico Wyoming and Colorado. Ultimately ending up at Brown Industries in 2021 . He has covered the area in sales for 23 years. He is a problem solver and enjoys the challenges that arise.

Dave Zimmerman

Regional Sales Manager

Dave has spent over a decade in the Rental and Leasing industry as well as at a dealership level as well to gain a wide experience with automotive industry and transportation.  He started at an automotive dealer for over a year in sales and administration, then went on to spend 5 years with Ryder in Topeka.  There he was responsible for reopening a closed branch and growing the rental fleet and maintaining a portfolio of lease customers, from small delivery vehicles all the way to tractor and trailer equipment.  He then followed that by spending nearly 5 years with Nationalease in Topeka as the Rental and Lease Manager, growing the fleet from 18 power units on contract to nearly 130 at departure.  As a long-time Brown customer while at Nationalease, Dave saw the value of the products and when a position opened up to broaden the exposure and customer service in this region for Brown Industries, he jumped at the opportunity.  Dave is proud to serve customers and dealerships in the Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas region.
